How long will it take my order to arrive?

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. If your order is placed after business hours or on a holiday, it will begin processing on the next business day.

What are your operating days and hours?

We are open Monday through Friday, 9 am until 5 pm Eastern Standard Time. We are closed on all federal holidays.

How do you ship?

We will generally use the United States Postal Service for all shipments. Wholesale shipments will ship through UPS unless otherwise requested. We will ship to PO boxes as well as APO and FPO addresses.

What is your cancellation policy? 

If the order is within 24 hours of the initial purchase the order may be cancelled. Anytime after this 24 hour period, we are unable to cancel simply because our order fulfillment system is designed to get orders out as quickly and efficiently as possible.

What is your return policy?

All of our products are handcrafted, but if your item arrives in an unusable condition it may be returned for a full refund. You will have up to 15 days from the date of receipt to contact us to arrange for a new item or a full refund. If you do not like the item it must in new condition and may be returned at the customers expense for shipping.  Should you have any problems with your order, please contact us at as we are committed to customer satisfaction.

What happens if items were damaged during shipping?

Damage or loss during the shipment process is the responsibility of the delivery company, such as USPS. Claims must be filed by the addressee with the carrier to initiate any and all damage claims. We will be happy to assist if you are having difficulties.

What if a package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If USPS or other carrier tracking identifies the package as delivered, we will not reship the order.
